(“RkiveAI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

- RkiveAI Output: Results produced by our systems.
- Feedback: Suggestions or improvements submitted to RkiveAI.
🚫 4. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
❌ Engage in illegal or harmful activities.
❌ Upload content that infringes rights, contains malware, or is offensive.
❌ Reverse-engineer RkiveAI tech.
❌ Sell or share your account.
❌ Disrupt services or attempt unauthorized access.
🔒 Enforcement: Violations may lead to account suspension or termination.
💳 5. Subscription Plans, Billing & Refunds
- 🆓 Free Trial: 7-day trial. Cancel before it ends to avoid charges.
- 💸 Charges: Recurring billing applies after trial.
- 🚫 No Refunds: Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
- 📢 Price Changes: Notified 30 days in advance.
☁️ 6. Service Availability & Interruptions
- 📡 Cloud-Based Service: Occasional downtime possible.
- ⚠️ No Guarantee of Uptime: Services provided “as is.”
- 📦 Your Responsibility: Keep backups of critical data.
📖 7. Intellectual Property & License Grant
- 📁 Your Content: You own it but grant RkiveAI a license to provide Services.
- 🤖 RkiveAI Output: Licensed for your internal use.

- 💡 Feedback: May be used without compensation.
🔗 8. Third-Party Integrations
- 📦 Third-party tools follow their own terms.
- ⚠️ RkiveAI not liable for external content accuracy.
📱 9. Mobile App Distribution
- 🍎 iOS: Complies with Apple EULA.
- 🤖 Android: Complies with Google Play EULA.
- ⚖️ No liability for app removals by Apple/Google.
🔒 10. Privacy & Data Security
