What you’ll do

Leverage Rkive AI’s innovations and strategy to pioneer models and techniques, and position us as the leader in multimodal, reasoning and applied AI. Easy peasy!
- Multi-agent architectures: design, train and evaluate collaborative AI agents
- Embedding models & techniques: develop and benchmark novel vector representations
- Vector search & reranking: research efficient nearest-neighbour and relevance algorithms
- Latent space fusion: integrate visual, audio and textual embeddings into unified models
- Combined reinforcement learning: explore hybrid training regimes for adaptive AI
How you’ll do it

- GPT: Ask our most senior and wisest advisor.
- Plan ahead: Plan first (even for yourself) → confirm when necessary → execute methodically.
- Be strategic: Not dogmatic. Not experimental. Choose results, find how to get them.
- Guidance: Collaborate directly with the founder and exec advisors.
- Trends & best practices: Stay up-to-date with the latest AI research and papers…
- Notion: Organise info with our Notion templates.
- Feedback: Iterate from metrics, insights, and team reviews.
- Other tools: Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, Hugging Face, Ray, Pinecone/OpenAISearch/FAISS/Weaviate, Airflow/Prefect, W&B/MLflow, Optuna...
Who you are
🎓 PhD required: You must hold your doctoral degree by January 2026.
