Who we are
Rkive is an AI lab focused on multimodal reasoning across time and complexity.
We develop novel architectures and products. We aim to create intelligent environments that work alongside you — proactively, reliably, and responsive to intent.
- Meaningful work: What we are building is genuinely unprecedented. The problems are hard and the opportunity is enormous.
- Autonomy: Fully remote. Manage your own time. Take time off when you need it.
- Zero politics: No bureaucracy, no posturing, no performative culture. Just the work.
- Mutual respect: We back our people, but we expect the same in return.
- Honest environment: Not a family, not a pressure cooker. A high-trust, high-performance team.
The role
You will own growth — content, distribution, paid acquisition, and conversion.
We have a Head of Brand & Partnerships who handles press, events, cultural positioning, and high-level media relationships. Your role is complementary: you take visibility — whether generated by brand, by your own content, or by the product itself — and turn it into measurable traction. Traffic, trials, paid conversions, retention.
The founder sets the strategic narrative, creates raw content (written and video), and is the public face of Rkive. Your job is to take that raw material — along with what you produce yourself — and distribute, optimise, and convert it at scale. You are not waiting for a content team to hand you assets. You produce, adapt, publish, and measure.
- Content production: Write, edit, and publish across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, YouTube, and the blog. Use the founder's drafts, raw footage, and ideas as source material — but also produce original content.
- Paid acquisition: Run and optimise Google and Meta campaigns with sharp ROI discipline. Performance-driven, not vanity metrics.
- SEO and GEO: Build and execute a search strategy that compounds over time — both traditional search optimisation and generative AI optimisation (GEO), ensuring Rkive surfaces in AI-generated answers and recommendations, not just search results.
- Distribution: Identify and test channels — Product Hunt relaunches, influencer seeding, community distribution, partnerships with the brand lead.
- UGC strategy: Develop and scale user-generated content programmes — incentivise, curate, and amplify content created by Rkive users to drive organic reach and social proof.
- Funnel and analytics: Own CAC, trial-to-paid conversion, MRR tracking, and retention metrics. Translate activity into numbers the business can act on.
What you will do
Turn substance into traction. Measure everything.
You will operate across the full growth stack — content, paid, organic, analytics — with no one else to delegate to.
- Content distribution: Clip, edit, repurpose, and publish from raw footage, PR moments, product updates, and founder content.
- UGC amplification: Build systems to source, curate, and distribute user-generated content — tutorials, showcases, testimonials — as a scalable growth channel.
- Paid campaigns: Launch and scale targeted ads. You manage budget, creative, targeting, and reporting.
- SEO, GEO, and organic: Build search visibility through long-form content, technical articles, and landing page optimisation. Optimise for generative AI discovery — structure content so Rkive is cited and recommended by AI assistants, not just indexed by search engines.
- Analytics and reporting: Track and report on growth metrics with rigour. This feeds directly into investor reporting and strategic decisions.
- Experimentation: Test fast, measure honestly, double down on what works, kill what does not.
- Coordination with brand: Amplify press, events, and partnerships driven by the Head of Brand & Partnerships. You handle the distribution layer; they handle the relationship layer.
How you will do it
Leverage tools and AI to multiply output. Do not use them as a substitute for judgement.
You will be one person covering a lot of ground. Work smart.
- AI-assisted production: Use Rkive AI, GPT, and automation tools to produce and adapt content at volume — but maintain quality and brand consistency.
- Hypothesis-driven: Set clear goals, run experiments, measure results, iterate.
- Direct collaboration: Work closely with the founder (who creates raw content and sets narrative direction) and the Head of Brand & Partnerships (who generates press and cultural moments for you to amplify).
- Tools: Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO suites (Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar), analytics dashboards, social scheduling tools, Notion.
Who you are
We need someone who has run growth before — not someone who has read about it.
You can point to specific numbers you have moved.
- Operator: You have run growth at a SaaS company, creator tool, or early-stage startup. You have done the work yourself, not managed a team doing it.
- Numbers-driven: You can show CAC reduced, funnels improved, MRR grown. You think in conversion rates and unit economics.
- Content-capable: You can write a LinkedIn post, edit a video clip, and publish a blog article. You are not waiting for a designer or a copywriter.
- Resourceful: You figure things out. You do not stop when the playbook runs out.
- Pragmatic: You care about what converts, not what looks clever.
- Autonomous: The founder gives you direction and raw material. You take it from there.
