The role

💼 Own finance & fundraising with teeth.
You’ll build systems that track the real numbers (not vanity metrics), engineer capital efficiency, and structure raises that maximize upside and minimize dilution.

• Automation: Replace spreadsheets with live dashboards, automated CAC/LTV tracking, and real funnel metrics.
• Fundraising: Drive investor relations, craft decks with substance, structure stock classes, and negotiate terms.
• Capital strategy: Balance equity vs. debt, subsidies, tax credits, and global public funds.
• Investor relations: Run updates, Q&A, and CRM that keeps investors engaged and impressed.
• Execution: Handle ops — from cash flow to mercantile structure — with global awareness.

What you’ll do

🤑 Turn vision into capital.
Ensure our technical and marketing brilliance translates into financial power.

• Real CAC/LTV tracking: Connect Stripe, Ads, trial→paid conversions.
• Investor CRM: Build & maintain dealflow and comms.
• Financial modeling: Scenario planning, valuation engineering, dilution maps.
• Global finance: Optimize taxes, subsidies, public/private grants.
• Fundraising ops: Keep us pitch-ready at all times.
• Strategic intelligence: Benchmark competitors, monitor markets, identify leverage points.

How you’ll do it

🧠 Numbers + automation = edge.
Build lean systems that make capital strategy bulletproof.

• Automation: Google Sheets APIs, dashboards, CRMs.
• Tools: Stripe, Zoho, Agicap, Airtable, Notion.
• Fundraising stack: Docsend, Carta, Pulley, legal counsel.
• Strategic guidance: Work directly with the founder (who attracts capital) — you make sure we convert.
• Networking: Leverage relationships with AWS, Meta, banks, VCs.
