What you’ll do

Own Rkive AI’s inbound pipeline, turning demand into signed contracts—and only targeting high-value, strategic accounts with minimal cold touches.
- Lead qualification: Rapidly sort fit vs. no-fit; prioritize the biggest, most relevant opportunities.
- Demo execution: Run sharp, consultative demos that hit client pain points and ROI projections.
- Negotiation: Architect win-win proposals, nail commercial and legal terms, and finalize contracts.
- Targeted outreach: Identify key prospects for warm intros; cold email/call only when you spot a must-have account.
- Self-service gating: Dynamically raise the self-service threshold when volume peaks—reserve direct sales for strategic, large clients.
- Onboarding handoff: Orchestrate a seamless transition to self-onboarding or success teams for a “wow” first week.
- Pipeline ops & reporting: Monitor funnel health, forecast revenue, slam shut any leaks, and drive predictable growth.
- Feedback loop: Channel your insights back to marketing to refine messaging, campaigns, and lead quality.
How you’ll do it

- Guidance: Collaborate directly with the founder and exec advisors.
- CRM mastery: Optimize HubSpot/Salesforce for clean data, automated triggers, and one-click reporting.
- Analytics & dashboards: Leverage live metrics to spot trends, flag at-risk deals, and double down on what works.
- Playbook development: Craft and iterate on scripts, objection-handling guides, pricing frameworks, and closing checklists.
- AI turbocharge: Use tools for rapid messaging drafts, deal-prep intel, and lightning-fast call-transcript analysis.
- Cross-team sync: Work with marketing. No silos, no gaps, total alignment on ICPs, value props, and campaigns.
- Process automation: Automate routine touches, follow-ups, and calendar scheduling to keep focus on high-impact tasks.
- Continuous improvement: Test, learn, refine—rinse and repeat for relentless pipeline optimization.
- Toolstack: Meets, Calendly, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, Notion, plus any best-in-class helpers you choose.
