What you’ll do
⭐ Keep the trains running on time. Just that.
Handle admin, scheduling, and coordination so the team can focus on impact.
- Scheduling & calendar: manage timelines and calendars, book meetings and chekpoints, and coordinate stakeholders.
- Documentation: maintain and organize decks, reports, and SOPs.
- Recruitment ops: screen CVs, conduct first interviews, coordinate team interviews, assignments, and final wrap-ups.
- Partner coordination: work with firms, investors, and cabinets to secure and manage administrative requirements.
- Program applications: prepare and submit applications for accelerators, perk programs, funding initiatives...
- Opportunity optimization: partner with finance to track and maximize funding and administrative advantages.
- Process improvement: identify bottlenecks and implement workflow optimizations.
How you’ll do it

- GPT: Ask our most senior and wisest advisor.
- Plan ahead: Plan first (even for yourself) → confirm when necessary → execute methodically.
- Be strategic: Not dogmatic. Not experimental. Choose a result, find how to get it.
- Guidance: Collaborate directly with the founder and exec advisors.
- AI assistance: leverage GPT to draft emails, standard docs, and automate routine tasks.
- Stakeholder alignment: maintain clear communication channels and update stakeholders proactively.
- Documentation standards: ensure naming conventions, version control, and accessibility.
- Routine cadences: establish weekly syncs, status dashboards, and project trackers.
- Feedback: Iterate from metrics, insights, and team reviews.
- Tech stack: Notion, Google Workspace, CRM...
