The role

💼 No fixed role or rank.
Own deployments & infra end-to-end. If you’re a senior guru, you’ll architect. If you’re eager, you’ll learn on the fly.

• Make the first move: Pitch your strengths, desired level, and compensation.
• Expect negotiation: We’ll match scope to budget.
• Prove you’re the one: Show us killer pipelines or infra repos, leave us speachless with you vision for our infra, pull off some unexpected dance moves.

What you’ll do

⚙️ Make us bulletproof. Just that.
Deploy, migrate, secure and all that stuff.

• AWS Migrations: Separate backend, GPU editing engine, AI system... Move data around...
• CI/CD: Own and extend GitHub Actions; add automated tests, blue/green & canary deployments
• Infra as Code: Terraform / AWS CDK / CloudFormation for VPCs, EC2, Auto Scaling, Load Balancers
• AWS Services: DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, API Gateway, X-Ray, Cognito, IAM, Secrets Manager
• Monitoring & Alerts: Define CloudWatch dashboards, logs, X-Ray traces, SNS notifications
• Security & Compliance: Harden instances, vulnerability scans, IAM policies, workflow phishing defenses
• Collaboration: Work tightly with QA for automated test suites, smoke tests & chaos drills
• Future-proofing: Plan hosting & fine-tuning of our own AI models, embedding DBs (vector search), analytics

How you’ll do it

• GPT: Lean on our wisest AI advisor for scripts & fixes.
• Plan ahead: Diagram → review → implement → iterate.
• Be strategic: Balance cost, performance & security.
• Guidance: Sync directly with founders & execs.
• Notion: Organise runbooks, playbooks & incident reports.
• Other tools: AWS CLI, Docker, Bash, Python, Helm, Prometheus & Grafana.
